Field Technician opening for the right person to be part of a dynamic and evolving Point of Sale (POS) business. Duties include: Servicing PC based POS systems; staging, configuring, installing systems; customer site surveys; training and supporting customers on POS operations; provide In-field hardware repair/exchange.
Must be proficient with installing, configuring and troubleshooting Windows operating systems, iOS, Android, computer networks including cabling, and MS SQL. Must have strong communications skills. Knowledge of VMWare a plus.
Technician will be part of the on call rotation to provide direct customer service afterhours. Must have strong logical troubleshooting skills, be able to meet timelines, and maintain quality standards.
Must be able to pass background check.
